Jasper and Fae's Pokemon Team

Serenity Pokémon AU.

Jasper's parents are major into the Pokémon Contest scene, and he was raised to go into that. It was major not his thing, and he instead got into battling Pokémon, enjoying power. Fae's parents were Pokémon trainers, but Fae at a young age became very interested in Contests, and it's where her and Jasper met and became friends. Back when Jasper was more or less forced to compete in the children's Pokémon Contests. So now as adults, Jasper is a trainer, and Fae a Contester.

Houndour was Jasper's first Pokémon, given to him by his parents to enter into contests. Jasper soon after caught Purrloin, and it immediately became his main Pokémon. Now a Houndoom and Liepard, they are always with Jasper. Houndoom is fiercely loyal to both Jasper and Fae. A big push over for Fae, it becomes a big puppy whenever she's around. Houndoom is also an emotional crutch for Jasper, always being there to comfort him. Liepard is very similar to Jasper. Quiet and reserved, demanding respect, but never giving it. Unlike Jasper, Liepard never loses it in anger or sadness. Very loyal towards Jasper, but always acting aloof, even for him.

Jasper has 7 Pokémon shown because two of them he switches out often; Gengar (shiny), and Zoroark. Zoroark Jasper's had longer, but Zoroark is hard to control. Zoroark doesn't get along with Pokémon or people, and is always ready for a fight. Gengar, Jasper's newest Pokémon, only gets brought out when Jasper just doesn't feel like dealing with Zoroark.

Honchkrow is Jasper's only Pokémon with a name. Sullivan. Named similar to Saul because of how much the two act alike.

Gengar and Absol are Jasper's only female Pokémon, the rest being male.

Fae's first Pokémon was a shiny Skitty, given to her by her parents, the two have remained close since. Delcatty is similar to Fae, but a lot more assertive, always ready to stand up for it's trainer. Delcatty isn't afraid to give Jasper and earful if he starts yelling at Fae.

All of Fae's Pokémon are female except for Togetic. Who is also her only Pokémon who loves to battle. Togetic enjoys contests, but prefers battling. It loves when Jasper is around, so it can battle with his Pokémon.

I literally have all their Pokémon's personalities, moves, abilities, natures, and levels picked out. Like, I've put a bunch of thought into this dang AU omg. I also have a short 10 page comic I started, but idk if I'll finish it. Drawing humans is haaard.


Btw, Zeke's team:
Teddiursa, Pancham, Snubbull, Eevee, Larvitar, Ditto.
He doesn't own all 6 right away, as 6 is kind of a lot for a kid to have. Teddiursa is Zeke's first.
Teddiursa and Eevee are likely the only two he'd have at the moment.

Saul's team:
Mightyena (Shiny), Sandslash, Primeape, Hitmontop, Scrafty, Marowak
Saul's first was a shiny Poochyena. Sandshrew being his second Pokémon.

Yee, Jasper, Fea and Saul all own shinies. Jasper bought his Gengar off of someone. Fae's parent's searched for a long time to get her a shiny, and Saul is just a lucky shit as a child who picked out an egg and it happened to be a shiny. So it's not all cause of luck of just happening to come across a shiny for Jasper or Fae. Jasper for a long time didn't have one, and probably bought Gengar to be cool like his friends lmao
